We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on application performance monitoring, observability, and user experience analytics. This role will leverage Glassbox, Sumo Logic, and APM tools to monitor API and page performance, analyze availability, and identify reliability risks. The engineer will prepare detailed performance reports, drive root cause analysis (RCA), and contribute to SRE initiatives such as SLO management, incident response, and monitoring automation.

Required Skills - Strong experience with Glassbox (digital experience monitoring, session replay, transaction analytics). - Strong experience with Sumo Logic (log aggregation, dashboards, performance analysis). - Hands-on with one or more APM/observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk). - Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, error codes, percentile metrics (P90/P95/P99). - Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and dashboards to detect performance risks. - Excellent reporting and communication skills
