Role & responsibilities

Building unified dashboards

Dashboards to track overall health of the production support (Derived from SNOW)

Dashboards to track overall health of the applications (Using Observability tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace

Identify automation opportunities and implement the same

Self healing using scripting languages of Java, Python

Integration of logs to ITSM tools

Preferred candidate profile

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SREs, fostering a culture of ownership, blameless postmortems, and continuous improvement.

7 years of experience to spearhead our reliability and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, mentor, and hands-on engineer who can design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and highly available systems. You will lead a team to advance our observability practices, automate manual toil, and integrate SRE principles with established IT Service Management (ITSM)
