Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Accounts Payable
We are looking for professionals with deep understanding of Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.

Responsibilities

•    Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment

•    Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA

•     Follow up with requisitions (via calls/ mails or tickets) to solve issues, including close co-operation with Procurement team

•    Perform Payment runs

•    Oversee month-end / year-end activities, including preparation / provision of information required for AP accruals 

•    Responsible for GRIR reporting and auditing of items

•    Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines (accuracy of  A/P records and applicable controls)

•    Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)

•    Meaningful work experience

•    Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach

•    Strong SME knowledge of accounting concepts

•    Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

•    ERP knowledge like SAP will be an added advantage
