CROSSED HEARTS is a publishing house dedicated to adapting Korean webcomics and Japanese manga into English. We cater to graphic novel enthusiasts in English-speaking markets, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Indian subcontinent. With over 20 series currently in pipeline for launch by 2027, we are seeking a global partner to facilitate the digital and physical distribution of our titles, ensuring their presence in retail stores worldwide. Our inaugural collection is slated for a global release in the third quarter of 2025. At CROSSED HEARTS, our mission is to bridge cultural divides by introducing exceptional Korean and Japanese works to English-speaking audiences, solidifying our position as a global leader in graphic literatureWe have a global presence and are currently expanding the team and looking for talented individuals to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore (Hybrid/On-Site).
Role Overview
This role is designed for candidates with strong spoken English, presentation, and virtual pitching skills. You'll be responsible for initiating and managing sales conversations with international buyers, conducting online demos, and building long-term overseas partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential B2B clients in international markets.
- Conduct cold calls, virtual demos, and video presentations to pitch our manga catalog.
- Negotiate distribution, pricing, and stocking agreements with global partners.
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for international order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and partner feedback summaries.
- Stay updated on international manga trends, pricing structures, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and presentation skills (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in international sales, export marketing, or B2B client management.
- Comfortable with cold calling and video-based sales meetings.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 3 AM) for overseas communication.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and email management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in publishing, media, or content-based B2B sales.
- Familiarity with global retail distribution models.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple international accounts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
