Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Junior International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at VCATCH in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position involves promoting our services and expanding our client base on an international scale. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills and leverage digital marketing tools to achieve exceptional sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively interact and build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce to manage client interactions and drive sales processes efficiently.
  • 1 - 5 years of Experience.
  • Foreign language proficiency is essential for engaging with clients in their native languages and expanding global outreach.
  • Skilled in negotiation and persuasion techniques to successfully close deals and drive company sales.
  • Should Obtain Incentive at least in Last 3 month.
  • Ability to perform market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Expertise in networking and relationship building to foster long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain international clients.
  • Perform market research to identify and target potential clients across various industries.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure favourable agreements and maximize profits.
