Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive the adoption of Ether's EdTech SaaS products in schools. This high-impact, B2B sales role requires direct interaction with school owners, principals, and decision-makers to position Ether as their preferred EdTech SaaS solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize schools for Ether SaaS implementation.
  • Conduct 5-6 daily school visits, engaging with key stakeholders (Principals, Directors, Trustees).
  • Deliver compelling product demos and craft customized value propositions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the school's operational challenges and position Ether ERP as the solution.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, handling negotiations and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, pipelines, and closures using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales

, including at least 2 years of experience in selling ERP or school admission solutions to schools.
- Proven
track record of selling to schools within Hyderabad and/or Bengaluru

.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional language preferred).
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with travel within the designated region
- Driven to work in a target-based role.
