This new team, AI and Tools, is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI in No-Code and work collaboratively to create intuitive and powerful user experiences that leverage the latest in AI technology. Our focus is: Agentic AI Solutions.

We are focused on leveraging our field experience and create use case driven agentic workflow system, move fast and constantly find new places to tackle. Each member of our team has a strong sense of ownership and initiative within a particular feature(s), while staying in tight sync with the rest. Developer feedback truly gets recognized within the team and it's not uncommon to go from a developer suggestion to a feature, or even a separate service/project within a single sprint.

Role Description

As a founding software engineer, you will be collaborating with the team in designing and developing product features and customer solutions, along with the underlying infrastructure, that are based on LLMs. You will interact closely with product manager and other software engineer to analyse, build and bring #Gapflow to life.

You will also help design and implement new foundational technical components that will power the next generation of automation and elevate the impact Gapflow has on our customers. These components may span the areas of natural language processing, large language models, data mining, recommendation, knowledge base, business intelligence, and other AI technologies.

What You'll Do

• Primary Focus: Develop scalable and high quality API Integrations that are capable of processing 5000+ requests under a minute.
• Design and build APIs and infrastructure to serve such data at scale and with low latency
• Implement scalable and robust data collection mechanisms.
• Design and develop intelligent techniques to understand, represent, and integrate enterprise operational data (e.g., processes)
• Determine and design which service decision is suited for the problem within our teams scope (around AI/ML/LLMs)
• Design and implement principled evaluation mechanisms; AI Evals.
• Design and build robust and low latency infrastructure to serve the AI/ML models and meet the demands of Gapflow customers.
• Design and implement intelligent ways to ensure freshness and accuracy of such data across thousands of enterprise customers.
• Have a strong say in the technical vision and strategy of your team
• Write and review RFCs and technical documentation.
• Review and give feedback on the work of others.
• Grow and help others grow professionally.

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience (in Computer Science or related fields) with 3+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in TypeScript
• Passionate about developing and scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions
• Demonstrable experience in AI, workflow  and Integrations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent command of English – verbal & written (we're an international team)
