Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Engineer with
2 year of hands-on

experience
in the
MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack.
The ideal candidate will be

instrumental in developing and maintaining robust web applications, contributing across the entire

software development lifecycle. A decent understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the

broader AI landscape is a significant plus, as we are keen to explore and integrate AI-driven

solutions into our products.

Key Responsibilities

As a fullstack engineer, you will be responsible for:

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.

● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end ) and back-end ) components.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

● Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.

● Manage and optimize MongoDB databases.

● Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

● Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

● Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, MERN stack advancements, and developments in the AI/ML space.

● Contribute to discussions and potentially assist in the integration of AI/ML features, particularly those involving LLMs, into our applications.

Who We're Looking For:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically with the MERN stack.

● Strong proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+).

● Solid experience with for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

● Proven experience with and for back-end development.

● Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management.

● Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption.

● Experience with version control systems
(Git is a must).

● Understanding of responsive design principles.

● Ability to write unit and integration tests.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves:

● A decent understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their applications, and the

general AI landscape.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

● Experience with TypeScript.

● Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
