The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer – India to lead the development, maintenance, and scaling of our platform.

·       
Backend:
Python, Django Rest Framework, Django Channels, Redis Pub/Sub, WebSockets

·       
Frontend:
React (strong proficiency required, not just familiarity)

·       
Infrastructure:
Docker, CI/CD, container deployments, real-time systems at scale

You'll design APIs, manage databases, optimize performance, and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.

What You'll Do

·       Design, develop, and maintain backend services (Django Rest Framework).

·       Build and manage RESTful APIs and real-time WebSocket connections.

·       Integrate APIs with React components for a smooth user experience.

·       Manage database operations (schema design, migrations, optimization).

·       Debug, test, and maintain system reliability at scale.

·       Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend engineers, and project managers.

·       Manage GitHub version control, branching, and pull requests.

·       Lead code reviews and enforce best practices.

Must-Have Skills (5–8 years each)

·       Django Channels / Redis PubSub / DRF

·       Docker / container deployments

·       CI/CD workflows

·       Real-time Django applications (deployment & scaling)

·       Python (advanced debugging)

·       RESTful APIs

·       WebSockets (multiple concurrent connections)

·       Database operations (design, migrations, optimization)

·       GitHub (branching, PRs, code management)

·       React in a full-stack environment

Preferred

·       Available to start immediately

·       Experience with large-scale, real-time systems
