Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Store Manager
to lead our premium apparel store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in
fashion retail
, team management, store operations, and high-end customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Operations & Sales
  • Drive daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets and store KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion).
  • Ensure complete adherence to brand guidelines, visual merchandising (VM), and product presentation.
  • Optimize stock levels, shrinkage control, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Customer Experience Management
  • Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience to customers.
  • Manage customer queries, escalations, and service quality.
  • Train team on grooming, service standards, product knowledge & selling skills.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff (fashion consultants, cashiers, sales executives).
  • Create shift rosters, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Implement VM guidelines as per brand standards.
  • Maintain store aesthetics, hygiene, and premium ambience.
  • Coordinate with VM team for window displays, new launches & seasonal changes.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain daily sales reports, stock reports, attendance, and operational checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with audits, SOPs, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle billing operations, cash management, and banking processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably in premium / luxury apparel, fashion, lifestyle or footwear.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling a team of 6–12 staff members.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, MS Excel, and retail reporting.
