Primary Function The role of Product Data Executive is to onboard our new products in line with defined processes and quality guidelines, to ensure that new products are loaded as quickly as possible. A small team, our Product Data Executives will be responsible for loading between 1-1.5 million products a year to
Much of our Product Creation process is automated, so this team will be responsible for ensuring that the files meet our minimum content quality checkers, that the products can be transacted without any issues and identifying improvements to the automated processes based on insights to the content being loaded.

Requirements ​This role will:
  1. Be responsible for ensuring that product templates are created and loaded.
  2. Ensure that all files have completed the pre-checks, identifying and resolving issues with the relevant teams as required
  3. Complete the product creation template and load within defined guidelines
  4. Ensure that product titles are in line with guidelines
  5. Be responsible for reviewing taxonomy predictions and allocating products to the correct level within the taxonomy
  6. Management of the image loading process
  7. Capturing feedback on automated tools and processes
  8. Actioning daily content amends as raised by Customers and Suppliers
  9. Weekly and Daily checks to ensure that products are available on , troubleshooting as required to address issues
  10. Work with supplier teams to resolve any issues with the files, be confident to ensure that actions
  11. are owned and resolved
  12. Complete data & content improvement projects with defined guidelines to support delivery of the Merchandising Road map.
  13. To always work to the company management system (ZIMS) requirements.
  14. Any other duties the company deems appropriate in the change of business circumstances
