Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Physics, located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Physics, developing course materials, conducting lectures, and engaging students through interactive teaching methods. Additional duties include mentoring students, participating in academic research, and contributing to departmental activities to enhance the learning environment. The role also requires staying updated with recent advancements in Physics and related fields.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in Physics and Theoretical Physics
  • Experience or proficiency in Astronomy and Physics Education
  • Strong foundation in Mathematics for problem-solving and analytical tasks
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills
  • A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Physics or a closely related field
  • Previous teaching or research experience is a plus
  • A passion for inspiring and guiding students toward academic and personal growth
