**Position**: PGT Physics Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Physics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Provide foundation coaching for **NEET** and **JEE (Main & Advanced)** entrance exams.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans, practice papers, and assessments to prepare students for both board and competitive exams.
- Simplify complex Physics concepts using interactive and engaging teaching methods.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, concept reinforcement classes, and regular test series.
- Analyze student performance and provide timely feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align curriculum planning and ensure coverage of both CBSE and entrance exam topics.
- Maintain records of student progress, class performance, and test results.
- Participate actively in school activities, training programs, and faculty development sessions.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with a B.Ed.
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Physics for Grades 11 & 12 (CBSE).
- Experience in NEET and JEE coaching (Physics) is **strongly preferred**.
- Excellent conceptual clarity, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to use digital tools for teaching and student assessments.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Experience in curriculum planning and setting question papers for competitive exams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of exam patterns and concept-based teaching techniques.
- Enthusiastic, student-centric, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
