Job Title: Erection and Commissioning Engineer

Location: Frazer Town, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Erection and Commissioning Engineer with a background in Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP). The ideal candidate should have experience in installation, commissioning, and the operation of systems like Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), and Ultrafiltration (UF). A strong foundation in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and familiarity with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) operations and chemical preparations SOPs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee installation, erection, and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP).

 Ensure procedural adherence for Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR), and Ultrafiltration (UF) installations.

 Monitor and optimize Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

 Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for chemical preparations to maintain efficient plant operations.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges encountered during erection and commissioning stages.

 Conduct tests and inspections to ensure all installations meet quality standards and operational guidelines.

 Maintain detailed records of installation and commissioning procedures, safety protocols, and performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

  • 2-5 years of experience in WTP, STP, ETP, and CETP environments.

  • Proficiency in MBR, RO, MBBR, and UF installation and commissioning procedures.

  • Knowledge of ZLD operations and chemical preparation SOPs.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
