Company Description Egis is an international player active in architecture consulting construction engineering and mobility services We create and operate intelligent infrastructures and buildings that respond to the climate emergency and contribute to more balanced sustainable and resilient territorial development Operating in 100 countries Egis puts the expertise of its 19 500 employees at the service of its clients and develops cutting-edge innovations accessible to all projects Through its wide range of activities Egis is a key player in the collective organisation of society and the living environment of citizens all over the world With 3 500 employees across 8 countries in the Middle East Egis has delivered over 700 complex development projects stimulating economic growth and enhancing quality of life Ranked among the top ten firms in the Middle East by Engineering News Record ENR Egis is committed to sustainable development The Group s operations in the Middle East are built on strategic acquisitions and a deep understanding of local market conditions Egis long history of providing comprehensive engineering consulting and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments investors and developers Design implement and maintain instrumentation and control systems for water and wastewater Pumping stations Develop control strategies SCADA programming and PLC HMI systems for plant automation Attending meetings with technical leads Shall be able to independently handle I C work in projects Shall be able to design and implement SCADA systems including DCS PLCs and HMIs for municipal water wastewater projects Collaborate with project teams including mechanical electrical and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems Shall be well versed instrument selection criteria SCADA system design and implementation experience in process control systems P ID development control system network architecture development instrumentation and controls design control strategy development and network security systems Experience with SCADA system commissioning including troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques to maintain high SCADA system availability Working knowledge of PLC and HMI programming functionality and execution Preparation of design basis space planning for control rooms Shall have knowledge all I C related deliverables and drawings Prepare technical documentation including instrumentation datasheets loop diagrams and control narratives Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and project specifications Qualifications Bachelor s Master s Degree in Electrical Mechanical or Process Engineering Minimum 5 years of professional experience in instrumentation and control within water and wastewater engineering projects Hands-on experience with PLCs SCADA systems sensors and automation of pumping treatment plants Strong understanding of control systems process instrumentation and field devices Familiarity with project management and engineering standards in water wastewater sector Additional Information Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Attention to detail and commitment to quality
