**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Site Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily erection activities at the project site.
- Organize and delegate tasks to the site workforce, including skilled and unskilled labor.
- Ensure that all tools, machinery, and materials are available for uninterrupted workflow.
- ** Technical Supervision**:

- Interpret and implement construction and erection drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor alignment, levels, and assembly accuracy of structural components.
- Oversee and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards.
- ** Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks with the site crew.
- Report any safety incidents or near-misses promptly to the management.
- ** Team Coordination**:

- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and coordinate work schedules.
- Train and guide team members to enhance skills and ensure proper work execution.
- Monitor and evaluate labor productivity and performance.
- ** Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily work progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing bills of quantity and material requisitions.
- ** Equipment and Machinery Handling**:

- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of lifting equipment, cranes, and other machinery.
- Monitor the operation of equipment to avoid downtime and damage.
