Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and discreet Personal Accountant to manage and oversee the financial affairs of Management. This role involves handling personal finances, budgeting, tax planning, investments, and ensuring financial compliance while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track all personal income, expenses, and bank transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual personal financial statements.
  • Create and manage personal budgets and financial plans.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills, mortgages, loans, and other obligations.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • Liaise with financial institutions, investment advisors, and legal/tax consultants.
  • Prepare documents for tax filings; work with tax professionals to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor investments, real estate holdings, and insurance policies.
  • Maintain accurate and secure digital and physical financial records.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize cash flow.
  • Handle payroll for domestic staff (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a personal accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of personal tax, investment, and financial planning.
  • High proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel & Tally).
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • High level of discretion, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills.
