Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support our growing projects in the fintech and banking sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the needs of our stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams, testing solutions, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

  • Team Leading: Lead cross-functional teams and ensure that projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to specifications.

  • Manual Testing: Test software solutions to ensure they meet functional and technical specifications.

  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and Functional & Non-Functional Requirements.

  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, gather inputs, and ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize internal processes and project delivery.

  • Tool Utilization: Use tools like Jira, Balsamiq, Figma, Lovable, ChatGPT, and Tableau to facilitate project management, design, documentation, and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Jira for project management and issue tracking.

- Familiarity with Balsamiq and Figma for wireframing and UI/UX design.

- Experience using for project prompts and AI interactions.

- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau.

- Comfortable working with ChatGPT for documentation and communication.

  • Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Desired Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech industries is a plus.

  • Familiarity with wireframing and UX/UI design processes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
