About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Business Analyst Intern
to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in business analysis, process improvement, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of workflow diagrams, process maps, and functional documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design) to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business cases.
  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Test and validate solutions against requirements (UAT support).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
