We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will support requirement gathering, process documentation, and analysis to ensure successful project delivery. This internship will provide you with practical exposure to business analysis techniques, tools, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

  • Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support translation of requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, use cases, and test scenarios.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Participate in client and internal meetings, capturing minutes and action items.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams under supervision.
  • Support stakeholder communication to ensure requirement alignment.

Quality & Testing Support

  • Assist in preparing test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

  • Learn industry-standard BA tools and techniques.
  • Suggest ideas for process improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of business processes, system workflows, or project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with project management or BA methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
