Door-to-Door Sales

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our event services directly to potential clients and businesses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door and on-ground marketing in target areas including offices, corporate parks, societies, and commercial spaces.
- Promote event services and offerings of the company effectively to potential clients.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Present event packages, explain company services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Plan and execute local promotional campaigns or brand activations when required.
- Follow up with clients for meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Work closely with the internal marketing and event teams to achieve sales goals.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries).
- Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
- Must be fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
- Highly presentable, confident, and persuasive communicator.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground client interaction.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Salary: Based on merit and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹35,889.10 per month
