Project Sales Manager

We are seeking a self-driven technical Sales Engineer to join our growing Door Ancillary Division. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our sales of door-related hardware and accessories to a diverse clientele. You will leverage your product knowledge and technical expertise to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and drive profitable sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, recommending the most suitable door ancillary products based on their specific needs and project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver clear and compelling sales presentations, highlighting product features, benefits, and return on investment (ROI).
- Negotiate competitive pricing and contracts with customers, ensuring profitable sales growth.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, tracking progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience Role & responsibilities
