We're Hiring: Senior Event Operations Executive | Events & Entertainment Industry

Location: Borivali East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹60,000

Working days & timings: Monday to Saturday 10:30 am to 7 pm & Sunday weekly off

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years of proven experience in the event industry, ensuring operational excellence and delivering impactful, seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement event operation plans, manage logistics (venue, transport, accommodation), and maintain the master event calendar.
  • On-site Leadership: Supervise setup and dismantling, oversee registration flow, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Build strong partnerships with vendors, staff, volunteers, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Speaker & Program Management: Coordinate speaker communications, technical requirements, rehearsal schedules, and on-stage execution.
  • Technology & Resource Management: Manage event technology tools, inventory, branding materials, and ensure timely availability of resources.
  • Reporting & Quality Control: Prepare post-event reports, handle incident and security escalations, and analyze participant feedback for future improvements.
  • Process Improvement & Team Mentoring: Lead and train junior team members, streamline operational processes, and uphold the highest event standards.

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in event operations and logistics management.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor event environments.
