Tech Support – Voice Process

Job Summary:

If you have excellent English communication skills and hands-on experience in international technical support or troubleshooting, this role is for you.

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve product or technical issues while ensuring a smooth and positive support experience.

Gurugram, Haryana

Employment Type:

Full-Time | Work From Office

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process
  • Technical Support / Troubleshooting background is mandatory

Education:

  • Graduates and Undergraduates both can apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software or hardware issues
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when needed
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records

Excellent spoken English and clear communication

Confidence in handling international customers

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

Adaptability to rotational shifts and fast-paced environment
