
Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and proficient in handling both reception duties and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations (PPT), and PDFs.
- Assist in filing, data entry, and record management.
- Support Admin teams with day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment usage, and vendor communication when required.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Education: Intermediate (12th pass) or above.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create/edit PPT & PDF documents.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In
Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
