We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and proficient in handling both reception duties and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage appointment scheduling.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and official documents.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations (PPT), and PDFs.
  • Assist in filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Support Admin teams with day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment usage, and vendor communication when required.

Qualification & Skills Required

  • Education: Intermediate (12th pass) or above.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create/edit PPT & PDF documents.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: ₹9, ₹12,000.00 per month
