Role Overview

We are looking for 2 Performance Marketing Specialists who will manage and scale our active campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and brand visibility through measurable digital campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI, CAC, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure continuity and support as backup for team members when required.

RequirementsRequirements

  • 2 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads & programmatic platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of A/B testing, funnels, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
