The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art geosynthetics manufacturing facility in Greater Noida. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in optimizing our production processes, ensuring product quality, and driving efficiency for our cutting-edge geosynthetic materials. What You'll Do:

• Process Optimization & Efficiency:

Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing) to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall production efficiency for geosynthetic products. This includes resolving operational bottlenecks and optimizing material utilization.
- Quality Assurance & Control:

Lead efforts in maintaining and enhancing product quality. This involves troubleshooting issues related to product design, materials, and manufacturing processes, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. You will evaluate manufactured products against stringent quality standards and design robust testing protocols.
- Equipment & Production Management:

Oversee the design, installation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. You will integrate new manufacturing methods and review product designs for manufacturability, ensuring seamless production flows. This also includes estimating production costs, times, and resource requirements.
- Standards & Compliance:

Ensure all manufacturing processes and products strictly adhere to national (e.g., mandatory BIS standards for geotextiles) and international quality and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO
- Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare detailed technical reports on manufacturing performance, process improvements, and quality metrics. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing manufacturing procedures.
- Collaboration & Training:

Provide expert technical support to production teams, communicate manufacturing capabilities, and train personnel on new methods and best practices. You will collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to drive integrated solutions.
- Innovation & Sustainability:

Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable manufacturing technologies, exploring opportunities to reduce environmental impact, minimize waste, and incorporate eco-friendly materials.

What You'll Bring:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within polymer, plastics, textile, or technical textiles manufacturing. Direct experience in geosynthetics production is highly advantageous.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality control methodologies.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing machinery.
- Proficiency with digital manufacturing tools, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA systems, and ERP systems.
- Experience with Quality Management Software, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of geosynthetic product types (Geotextiles, Geogrids, Geomembranes, GCLs) and their applications.
- Standards & Certifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) relevant to geosynthetics (e.g., IS 17371, IS 16352, IS
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO Environmental Management) is highly preferred.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) are a significant plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders.
