Role & responsibilities

  • Monitor lead generation, walk-ins, and conversions using CRM tools; identify funnel gaps and coach teams on improving conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Ola Experience Centres in the assigned area, covering vehicle sales, accessories, finance, insurance, and exchange programs.
  • Identify local market trends, customer preferences, and high-demand zones; collaborate with marketing teams on targeted activations and partnerships.
  • Track competitor pricing, product features, customer offers, and new launches to refine area-level sales strategies.
  • Audit stores for SOP adherence across test ride management, product display, hygiene standards, delivery processes, and CRM usage.
  • Work with central planning and fulfilment teams to forecast, allocate, and optimize vehicle and accessory inventory across stores to meet demand.
  • Manage last-mile operations to ensure timely delivery of inventory to the correct Experience Centres.
  • Drive superior in-store and delivery experiences, ensuring customer complaints are addressed and closed within defined TATs, with consistent post-sale follow-ups.
  • Track and monitor sales performance, leads, forecasts, NPS, delivery performance, O2D timelines, and complaint resolution metrics; conduct daily stand-ups and weekly reviews to drive improvement actions.
  • Liaise closely with service teams to ensure smooth post-delivery handovers and resolution of early-life vehicle issues impacting customer experience.
  • Monitor service-related customer escalations within the assigned area and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely closure.
  • Support area-level initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, service turnaround times, and overall ownership experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • 6–8 years of experience in sales roles within automobile, EV, two-wheeler, or related consumer product companies.
  • Experience managing multi-location retail or dealership sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and retail performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned area.
