Limotex Builders is urgently hiring a Business Development Executive – Projects to join our dynamic team at Markaz Knowledge City, Kaithapoyil. This role requires a candidate with a Civil Engineering background, who can effectively manage client relationships in the early stages and actively contribute to project coordination once execution begins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and manage customer relations
  • Confidently present project details, timelines, and cost estimates to prospective clients
  • Coordinate communication between clients and technical teams
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project discussions, proposals, and client interactions
  • Take ownership of continuous follow-up with clients and internal teams to ensure project progress
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding inquiries, updates, and status
  • Support project planning and assist on-site once the work begins
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including client meetings, technical coordination, and administrative follow-ups
  • Stay adaptable to shifting responsibilities as the project progresses

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Must have a Civil Engineering background (Degree or Diploma)
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in presenting to clients and handling meetings
  • Basic knowledge of civil construction processes
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay organized
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment
