Role: IT Business Development Executive (BDE)
As an IT BDE, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting IT products and services. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into successful business relationships. This is a Work From Office role based in Vadodara, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, B2B portals, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (software, web, app, or digital services).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 6–8 months of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation (domestic or international markets).
- Strong understanding of IT products, software services, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a sales-oriented environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
