Key Responsibilities:

  • Intellectual Property Management:

    • Assisting in protection of the companys intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
    • Assisting in management of IP registrations and handling infringement issues.

  • Contract Management:

    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Managing contract renewals and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Litigation Management:

    • Supporting the handling of disputes and litigation, preparing case summaries etc. including coordinating with external legal counsels.
    • Managing Litigation MIS, in India and Globally.

  • Document Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and legal notices.

  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research on various topics including corporate law, securities law.

  • Advisory: Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company.

Qualifications:

  • Education: LL.B. from a recognized university.

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Indian laws.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Attributes:
