Designation: Asst. Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field -3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related field -Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities -Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools -Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates -Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
