We're Hiring: Team Leads – Business Development & Franchise Development

About the Roles

i2Global is looking for dynamic Team Leads to drive both Business Development (BDM) and Franchise Development (FDM) functions. These roles are ideal for ambitious sales professionals who can close deals, counsel prospects, and lead a team towards collective revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into successful closures through effective counselling, follow-ups & negotiations.
  • Present i2Global's offerings, ROI models & brand USPs to prospects with clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (demos, onboarding, legal & finance) for smooth closures.
  • Track pipeline, maintain CRM records & report performance metrics.
  • Meet/exceed monthly sales, franchise closures & revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor & guide a team of executives to achieve collective goals.
  • Monitor team performance & ensure achievement of conversion targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred for FDM).
  • 2+ years' proven experience in Sales / Consulting / EdTech.
  • Strong communication, counselling & negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with understanding of ROI & revenue models.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets & presentation tools.
  • Prior team-handling experience preferred.

Franchise Development Executive / Business Development Executive

We are looking for proactive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Franchise Development Executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about client engagement and developing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Engagement: Make calls to assigned leads from marketing campaigns focusing on franchise and business opportunities.

Inform & Counsel: Share insights about i2Global's educational programs and investment potential while understanding prospects' intents and backgrounds.

Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify serious prospects, scheduling virtual meetings with the Franchise Development Manager (FDM) / Business Development Manager (BDM).

Follow-Up: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM system, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Feedback Loop: Share insights, objections, and feedback with the sales and marketing teams to refine processes.

Goal Achievement: Meet daily/weekly calling targets and monthly meeting scheduling/qualification goals.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or Communications preferred).

6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead qualification (experience in EdTech, fintech, real estate, or IT Sales is a plus).

Outstanding communication, listening, and counselling skills.

Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking processes, along with Google Sheets.
