Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Site Engineer (interior fit out) with proven experience in project execution and site management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interior fit-out or furnishing projects, ensuring work is carried out with precision, quality, and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of civil and interior project works as per drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise site workers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure timely completion of works as per the project schedule.
  • Prepare and certify labour and subcontractor bills based on quality and quantity of work executed.
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, consultants, and clients regarding progress and site challenges.
  • Review AutoCAD drawings and provide technical support to resolve site issues.

Requirements

  • Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior furnishing / fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project documentation.
  • Strong leadership, site management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across Kerala.
