Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities for our architectural projects. This role demands strong accountability, technical competence, and a collaborative mindset to ensure that project execution aligns with design intent, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of on-site construction execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and architectural specifications.
  • Interpret and implement architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints with precision.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, progress tracking, and quality control checks.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel, holding them accountable for work quality and safety compliance.
  • Enforce safety protocols, ensure adherence to local building codes, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including progress updates, incidents, and material usage.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients to resolve technical or site-based issues efficiently.
  • Monitor material deliveries and usage, ensuring optimal inventory control and minimal waste.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams as needed.
  • Identify potential risks or delays early and escalate with recommendations for mitigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of site engineering experience, preferably in architectural or design-led construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, technical drawings, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to manage site teams and maintain accountability across stakeholders.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in site reporting tools and MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
