We are looking for a Site Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team across various project sites in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget, billing and verification, subcontract billing, site quantity checking

Supervise and manage construction work at project sites across Kerala.

Ensure that the work is carried out in compliance with the project's specifications, plans, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Monitor construction progress and ensure that timelines and milestones are being met.

Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports for project management.

Manage and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and quality checklists.

Resolve any technical or operational issues on site in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.

Ensure safety measures are followed on-site and that workers are adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ITI Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects.

Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and engineering principles.

Ability to solve problems and take decisions under pressure.

Good communication skills for liaising with teams, contractors, and clients.

Knowledge of construction materials, machinery, and safety standards.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
