Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teammate – International Voice Process located in Gurugram. The Teammate will be responsible for handling international voice interactions with clients and customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues and inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires active listening, effective communication, and problem-solving skills in an international voice process setting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Customer service experience and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle international voice interactions professionally
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on-site
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Experience in a similar role within a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
