Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Merchandise position. The role involves organizing and managing merchandise, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting sales strategies. Daily tasks include interacting with customers, handling merchandise displays, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining stock levels, and supporting sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Excellent Organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is a plus
- Relevant experience in merchandise or related fields preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in related fields are advantageous
