Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, for a Claim Handler. The Claim Handler will handle and manage insurance claims efficiently while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for customers. Responsibilities include reviewing claims documentation, conducting investigations, resolving claims promptly, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role will require clear communication with clients and other stakeholders to address queries and provide status updates.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management to process and resolve claims efficiently.
- Strong understanding of Insurance Claims and general knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Prior experience in claims management and insurance is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in medical background (BDS, B.Pharma etc)
