Role Description

Crink is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate with strong communication skills and a high capacity for learnability. This role is designed for individuals eager to grow in the field of business development, with Crink providing a structured 2-3 month training program in sales. Upon successful completion, candidates may be offered a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach activities via calls and messages and getting them converted

-Driving towards the target.

  • Gather insights from client interactions to aid in refining sales strategies and understanding market needs.

  • Track and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and client feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

  • High Learnability: Strong willingness and capability to quickly grasp new skills, concepts, and product knowledge.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business,Psychology (preferred but not required).
