About Us:

The Foresta by Joysuites is a premium pre-opening hospitality project in Paud, Mulshi. We are committed to creating exceptional guest experiences and are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager from the hotel industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire purchase cycle for the property, including vendor identification, negotiations, and timely procurement.
  • Manage purchasing requirements across departments: F&B, housekeeping, engineering, and administration.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with quality and cost standards.
  • Prepare and monitor purchase orders, contracts, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with accounts and operations to ensure accurate documentation and payments.
  • Implement cost control measures and support smooth pre-opening operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Purchase Manager/Assistant Purchase Manager in the hotel industry (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain in hospitality.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS software such as Wincloud, IDS, or WinHMS.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at Paud, Mulshi (Pune).
