**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the resort store including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement processes in coordination with the Purchase Department.
- Ensure all received items are as per purchase orders and quality standards.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.
- Handle material requisitions from various departments and ensure timely issuance.
- Implement and maintain proper storage methods, identification, labeling, and stock location systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and ensure proper handling of stock items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and movements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal control policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning store requirements.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards within the store area.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline. (Specialization in Store/Inventory Management preferred.)
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., IDS, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
- Good understanding of procurement, storage practices, and quality checks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.)
- Knowledge of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and other inventory management techniques.
