Job Description: Store Executive (SAP User) - Finance Department

**Position**: Store Executive
**Department**: Finance
**Location**: Brigade Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru.
**Reports to**: Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive

**Role Overview**:
The Store Executive plays a key role in managing inventory and store operations using SAP software. Working under the finance department, this role ensures accurate inventory management, timely stock updates, and smooth coordination with various teams to support the financial aspects of the store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage and monitor stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurately maintained in the SAP system.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and SAP records.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of all inventory transactions in SAP, including goods receipts, stock transfers, and adjustments.
- **SAP Operations**:

- Utilize SAP for day-to-day store operations, including data entry, stock movements, and generating reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data related to inventory is reflected in SAP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP-related issues that may arise in store operations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders and manage delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the finance team for monthly closing activities and ensure proper documentation.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all inventory processes comply with company policies and procedures.
- Generate and submit periodic reports on inventory status, stock levels, and discrepancies.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial reports by providing accurate inventory data.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store-related documents.
- Prepare and manage documents for audits and inspections related to inventory and store operations.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in SAP (Materials Management module preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting principles related to inventory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in store management, inventory control, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during month-end closures or inventory audits.
