**Department**: Purchase & Stores

**Reports to**: Sr Manager Purchase & Stores

**Experience**: 2+ Years

**Qualification**: BE/Diploma (ECE, EEE, Instrumentation)

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Diploma Holders / Engineers who excel in providing exceptional productivity and support to the material management department. As an Engineering Storekeeper, you will be responsible for handling requisitions, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment, compiling records of supply transactions, and ensuring supplies received have the proper documentation (invoices, delivery challans, packing lists) and meet the indents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Match goods received with delivery notes from suppliers.
- Unload and receive goods from suppliers.
- Ensure supplies match requisitions for which they are provided.
- Immediately dispatch goods to the appropriate store and ensure no goods are left unsecured on the loading bay.
- Coordinate with QC and the requesting department to certify the quality and correctness of received parts.
- Distribute goods to Engineering Department employees against issue requests.
- Update all materials in and out of stores daily in the Tally/ERP System and verify weekly.
- Ensure store security by restricting access to store personnel only.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area at all times.
- Verify Purchase Orders against supply documents like invoices, delivery challans, and packing slips.
- Quickly gain knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes.

**Skills**
- Proven knowledge of electronic equipment and components.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills, including Tally and Excel.
- Knowledge of passive and active devices such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, fasteners, etc.
- Familiarity with mechanical and cable-related aspects is an added advantage.
