Job Description: Purchase and Store Keeper (Hotel Industry)

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of hotel supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and optimal stock levels to support seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing:

- Source and negotiate with suppliers for quality products at competitive rates.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and handle any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for timely procurement.

2. Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods in line with hotel standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for perishable items to minimize waste.

3. **Budgeting and Cost Control**:

- Monitor purchasing budgets, suggest cost-saving initiatives, and report on inventory costs.
- Maintain strict documentation for audits and compliance with financial policies.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure all purchases meet quality and hotel operational standards.
- Inspect incoming goods, manage returns if necessary, and maintain supplier compliance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in procurement/store management, ideally in the hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
