As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll shape our brand presence, craft engaging campaigns, and drive measurable impact across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across social media, email, content, and SEO. Track performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to maximise engagement and conversions.
  • Content & Social Media: Create compelling, student-focused content (posts, blogs, visuals, videos) that builds community and strengthens our brand voice.
  • Performance Marketing: Support paid advertising initiatives, experiment with growth tactics, and report on campaign ROI.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with founders and other team members to align marketing initiatives with product goals and student needs.
  • Market Insights: Research trends in student finance, EdTech, and AI to identify new opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
  • Special Projects: Take ownership of ad-hoc campaigns and innovation projects that drive brand visibility and growth.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Creative Storyteller: Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for engaging visuals.
  • Analytical Thinker: Comfortable using data and analytics tools to measure impact and optimise campaigns.
  • Proactive & Adaptive: Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up, wearing multiple hats and solving problems creatively.
  • Digital Native: Solid understanding of digital channels (social, SEO, paid ads, email marketing).
  • Independent & Driven: Self-starter who takes initiative but collaborates effectively in a small team environment.
