Digital Marketing Head

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the school's marketing and communications strategy. The primary goal is to enhance the school's visibility, promote the IB programmes we offer, and support student recruitment and community engagement — both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the school's mission, values, and IB ethos.
  • Lead brand positioning and awareness campaigns to promote the school in the international education market.
  • Design and manage digital marketing efforts across social media, website, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality promotional content: brochures, videos, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to support enrollment targets and lead-generation strategies.
  • Organize and promote school events, webinars, and info sessions for prospective parents and students.
  • Build partnerships with local and international schools, consultants, and community organizations.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Supervise and mentor any marketing staff or external agencies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably in the education or international school sector.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and school admissions cycles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with the IB curriculum and its values is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
