Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital and traditional (offline) marketing campaigns for school branding and admissions
  • Manage and grow the school's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Create content (photos, captions, blog posts) highlighting school life and IB programmes
  • Design and send the monthly school newsletter (via Mailchimp or similar platforms)
  • Update and maintain website content (e.g., WordPress or other CMS)
  • Support creation of printed materials (flyers, brochures, banners, etc.)
  • Assist in formatting and coordinating student report cards with academic staff
  • Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, communications, or administrative support
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and major social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
