**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance the company's online presence.
- Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies.
- Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and best practices.
- Experience with social media management and creating marketing content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
