Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process backend operations related to smart meter data, billing, and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain and update records in Excel and other internal tools accurately.
  • Assist in data collection, validation, and report generation for smart meter and IoT device installations
  • Collaborate with the technical, support, and operations teams to streamline daily backend processes.
  • Prepare and share regular MIS reports as required.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance as per company policies.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives for operational efficiency.

Key Skills Required

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filtering, sorting, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and operational systems quickly.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to work in a growing technology-driven environment.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, or equivalent).
  • Certification or demonstrable skills in Excel is a plus.

Desirable (but not mandatory)

  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, IoT technology, or society management solutions.
  • Interest in smart technologies and digital operations.
